A physical address must be supplied at the time of purchase to avoid undue delays due to a P.O. box. Please inspect all packages upon receipt to insure there is no visible damage during transit. Should there be visible damage to the package, obtain a Claims phone number from the UPS driver. Immediately report the damage to UPS and contact Tilia's Treasures and Things at 877-MyTilia (877-698-4542) to obtain an RMA for return or exchange.

If you are not happy after initial inspection with quality, materials, or workmanship, please contact Customer Service @ 877-MyTilia, (877-698-4542), and request an RMA for a return. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all non-defective returns. If you receive your item damaged, please contact us immediately to receive a replacement part if the damage is minimal.
